John Righeimer is the President and founder of Maverick Energy Consulting.  John began his energy career in 1990 with EnTrade Corporation (later acquired by Tenneco Gas).  Prior to starting Maverick Energy Consulting, John was the Vice President of Sales and Trading at Peoples Energy Service Corporation.

John earned his bachelor’s degree in history from Eastern Illinois University and holds a Masters of Science in Management and Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University.

Russ Paluch is a principal of Maverick Energy Consulting.   Russ began his energy career in 1991 with American Energy Management.  Prior to Maverick Energy Consulting, Russ held management positions at Sempra Energy Solutions and Peoples Energy Services.

Russ earned his bachelor’s degree in operations management from Illinois State University.  His extensive energy experience includes; price risk management, sales/service, operational/tariff analysis and demand side management for natural gas, diesel fuel, unleaded gasoline and electricity.
